Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed, ensuring all information is correctly entered into our CRM and spreadsheets.
- Manage and organize digital and physical files, including archiving and retrieving documents as needed.
- Compose, proofread, and distribute professional emails and internal correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
- Generate and format reports using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors with a professional demeanor.
- Assist in inventory tracking and basic purchasing requisitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
