Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain confidential data in CRM and ERP systems
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and efficiency
- Greet visitors, screen calls, and schedule appointments for executive team
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and correspondence
- Generate daily reports using Excel and internal software
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and vendor communications
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist/data entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
