- Process incoming/outgoing mail and correspondence
- Assist with office inventory management and supply ordering
- Perform document scanning and filing with meticulous attention to detail

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or administrative role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
