What You Will Do:
- Manage the Front Desk: Greet visitors professionally, answer multi-line phone systems, and route calls efficiently.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry into CRM and spreadsheet software with a focus on zero errors.
- Document Control: Scan, file, and organize physical and electronic documents to maintain an efficient records system.
- Customer Support: Assist customers via email and phone inquiries, resolving issues with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Administrative Tasks: Schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials, and assist with light bookkeeping or invoicing.

Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls with a professional and polite demeanor.
- Input customer and company data into various databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for management staff.
- Generate reports and compile data for weekly meetings.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in data entry or receptionist roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
