Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and account information into centralized databases with high accuracy.
- Verify and correct data entry errors to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for efficient retrieval.
- Transcribe data from paper documents and handwritten notes into digital formats.
- Reconcile discrepancies in reports and financial records as needed.
- Prepare weekly data summaries and assist with administrative reporting.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client data at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of database management principles.
