Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and company data into databases and spreadsheets.
- Scan, digitize, and file physical documents to ensure organized, accessible records.
- Assist with general office management, including answering phones and routing calls.
- Prepare weekly reports and compile data summaries for management review.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy policies and confidentiality protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in data entry, office administration, or a related field.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
