Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and company information into digital databases.
- Sort and file documents, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy retrieval.
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Prepare basic correspondence, memos, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in data entry or office administration is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Typing speed of at least 35-45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
