Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and company data into database systems and spreadsheets.
- Verify data for errors and discrepancies, correcting information as necessary.
- Organize and maintain physical filing systems as well as digital archives.
- Assist the office manager with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email with a professional, polite demeanor.
- Prepare and format documents for printing and distribution.
- Perform general clerical duties to ensure the smooth operation of the front office.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in data entry or office administration is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
- Good time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
