Responsibilities
- Input new and updated customer and account information into our database systems with high speed and accuracy.
- Review data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Correct errors in data by deleting, re-entering, or correcting data as needed.
- Generate and produce accurate reports, summaries, and summaries of data as requested by management.
- Sort, classify, and file documents and records in an organized and logical manner.
- Assist in maintaining inventory records and supply logs when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative assistance is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proven typing speed of at least 40 WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect errors quickly.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
