Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify accurate data into company databases and digital systems with a focus on zero errors.
- Review and reconcile data discrepancies to ensure consistency across all records.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
- Generate and distribute routine reports and summaries based on entered data.
- Assist in the preparation of spreadsheets and internal communications.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of all sensitive and proprietary information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
- Fast typing speed with a proven track record of accuracy (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily productivity deadlines.
