Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and account information into our secure databases with high accuracy.
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform general clerical duties to support daily office functions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven typing speed of at least 40-50 WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of data entry software is a plus.
