Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and account information into our database systems.
- Review data for discrepancies, errors, or omissions, and correct them immediately.
- Scan, digitize, and organize physical documents into our electronic filing system.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client data.
- Assist the administrative team with daily reporting and data analysis tasks.
- Verify and reconcile billing information and invoices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience with data entry (1-2 years preferred but not required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
