- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical data in CRM and ERP systems
- Process high-volume transactions with zero-error tolerance
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for executive leadership
- Manage electronic filing systems with version control protocols
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication via email and calendar management
- Assist with invoice processing and vendor reconciliation
- Perform quality assurance audits on all entered data
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume data entry (10,000+ keystrokes/hr)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- Proven accuracy rate of 99.5%+ in data management roles
- Associate's degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
- Exceptional time management with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Spanish fluency highly advantageous for South Florida market
- Background check and drug screening required
