Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain digital records in company databases and CRM systems.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure high-quality reporting and data integrity.
- Organize, file, and manage both physical and electronic documents for easy retrieval.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling inbound communications.
- Prepare and distribute reports, invoices, and expense summaries using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support the administrative team with general office duties, including mail processing and correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (1+ years preferred).
- High typing speed (45+ WPM) with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
