Responsibilities
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee general office administration to ensure a smooth workflow and professional environment.
- Communication Hub: Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with a focus on exceptional customer service and accuracy.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, perform data entry, and generate reports using Excel and other tools.
- Vendor Relations: Liaise with external vendors and partners to handle contracts, supplies, and service requests.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office support role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Organization: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced setting.
