In this high-impact role, you will serve as the bridge between our engineering teams and executive leadership, ensuring that our long-term vision remains grounded in actionable strategy. You will lead initiatives that shape how we operate, interact, and evolve as a global organization.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Conduct rigorous scenario planning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts by 2026.
- Roadmap Alignment: Translate high-level futuristic concepts into clear, actionable strategic roadmaps for product and engineering teams.
- Culture Building: Foster a culture of innovation and adaptability, championing the adoption of emerging tools and methodologies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present complex future-state scenarios to the Board of Directors and investors to secure buy-in for long-term investments.
- Policy & Ethics: Develop frameworks for AI governance, data privacy, and ethical technology use in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic leadership, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or executive advisory capacity.
- Trend Analysis: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and pivot organizational strategy accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional executive presence and the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Technological Fluency: Deep understanding of AI, blockchain, and Web3 technologies.
