- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 global technology roadmap with 10-year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and climate-positive tech
- Secure partnerships with NASA, CERN, and UN Sustainable Development Goals initiative
- Author industry-defining whitepapers and deliver keynote speeches at Davos & Web Summit
- Manage $500M+ R&D budget with venture-style portfolio management approach
- Champion diversity in STEM through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Interface directly with board of directors and sovereign wealth fund investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics/AI or equivalent with 15+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published author in Nature/Science with 50+ citations on future-tech topics
- Experience securing $100M+ in government/venture funding for visionary projects
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Futures Studies from University of Houston or equivalent
