Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision for Horizon Systems' roadmap leading up to 2026, focusing on Quantum AI integration and Neural Link compatibility.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant microservices architecture capable of processing exabytes of real-time predictive data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, quantum engineers, and UI/UX specialists to translate complex concepts into user-centric products.
- Establish security protocols and ethical guidelines for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-gen cloud-native environments.
- Conduct high-level technical reviews and mentor senior engineering teams.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., holographic interfaces, advanced biometrics) and assess their viability for product integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or C-suite technical capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern JavaScript frameworks, with a working knowledge of Quantum Computing concepts.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects in high-stakes environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical systems to non-technical stakeholders.
