Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for Nexus Future Labs leading up to and through 2026, focusing on AGI integration and quantum-enhanced machine learning.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify emerging AI trends and technologies (e.g., Neuro-symbolic AI, Synthetic Data) and integrate them into our core product suite.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and engineering teams to secure buy-in for long-term projects.
- R&D Oversight: Direct a team of elite researchers and engineers in developing prototypes for the next generation of predictive analytics and autonomous systems.
- AI Governance: Establish and enforce ethical guidelines and safety protocols for AI deployment to ensure responsible innovation.
- Market Positioning: Work with marketing to position Nexus Future Labs as the industry leader in futuristic technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI research, software engineering, or executive leadership within a tech-forward organization.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks, neural network architectures, and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and develop long-term strategic plans that align with business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
