Job Description
Join Innovate Future Labs, a pioneer in quantum-ecological solutions, as we redefine the intersection of artificial intelligence and planetary sustainability. We're seeking a visionary AI Sustainability Strategist to architect the next generation of carbon-negative AI systems that will power humanity's 2026 climate goals. In this groundbreaking role, you'll lead cross-disciplinary teams to develop AI-driven circular economy frameworks, optimize renewable energy grids through predictive modeling, and create autonomous environmental monitoring systems that preempt ecological crises.
As our AI Sustainability Strategist, you'll shape how technology serves as humanity's greatest ally in combating climate change. You'll collaborate with Nobel Prize-winning climate scientists and deploy cutting-edge federated learning algorithms to create transparent, auditable AI ethics frameworks. Your work will directly impact our flagship project: Project Gaia, a global AI initiative that aims to restore 1 million hectares of degraded land by 2030 using autonomous reforestation drones and soil regeneration AI.

- Lead development of predictive carbon footprint reduction models using federated learning across 50+ global data centers
- Architect autonomous environmental monitoring systems using satellite imagery and IoT sensor networks
- Optimize renewable energy grids through reinforcement learning algorithms that predict demand and supply fluctuations
- Create circular economy AI systems that minimize waste through material lifecycle optimization
- Develop explainable AI interfaces for sustainability reporting to C-suite executives and regulatory bodies
- Coordinate with UN Environment Programme to establish global AI sustainability standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Environmental Science, Computer Science, or Sustainability with AI specialization (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production AI systems for climate tech or circular economy applications
- Expertise in federated learning, reinforcement learning, and explainable AI frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI-driven environmental solutions
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and geospatial analysis tools (GIS, QGIS)
- Experience securing $10M+ in climate tech funding with AI focus
- Deep understanding of carbon accounting protocols and ESG reporting standards
- Fluency in at least two UN languages (English, Spanish, French, Mandarin)
