Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or AI/ML (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in tech leadership with 3+ years in sustainability/AI integration
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud sustainability tools (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record in scaling ESG programs with measurable ROI
- Certification in carbon accounting (GHG Protocol) or AI ethics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (SEC Climate Disclosure, EU CSRD)
