Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy, aligning technical capabilities with business goals for the 2026 roadmap.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of machine learning models, ensuring scalability, performance optimization, and cost-efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation and deliver high-impact projects.
- Establish robust governance frameworks for ethical AI usage, data privacy, and industry regulatory compliance.
- Manage the AI operations budget, forecast resource allocation, and drive continuous process improvement.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Neural Interfaces) and integrate them into our product suite.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML operations, strategy, or a similar leadership role within a tech organization.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale machine learning infrastructure and complex data pipelines.
- Strong technical background in deep learning, neural networks, and NLP.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks.
