Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI strategy roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological forecasts and business objectives
- Anticipate emerging AI trends and their implications across industries through horizon scanning and research
- Design scalable AI implementation frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align AI initiatives with organizational goals
- Author thought leadership content on AI's future impact and ethical considerations
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation AI solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy, consulting, or product development with 5+ years in foresight planning
- Proven track record of deploying AI solutions generating >$10M in revenue
- Deep expertise in generative AI, quantum computing, and neuromorphic systems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFS, CFSP)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global organizations
- Published thought leadership in top-tier AI or business publications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field; PhD preferred
