- Present strategy to C-suite and board members securing $50M+ annual budgets
- Oversee patent development for proprietary AI algorithms and architectures

Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership with 5+ years in C-suite strategy roles
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field from top-tier institution
- Proven track record scaling AI teams to 100+ engineers
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, or explainable AI
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience securing federal AI grants ($10M+)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and global AI regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing protocols
