As a leader in the AI ethics space, you'll collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to implement scalable governance models that address emerging challenges in algorithmic bias, quantum computing ethics, and neural interface privacy. This position reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer and includes executive visibility across industry conferences and policy summits.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals for 2026
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in building explainable AI frameworks for high-stakes decision systems
- Establish governance protocols for quantum-encrypted neural networks and biometric data processing
- Partner with policymakers to shape national AI regulations while maintaining competitive advantage
- Drive implementation of ISO/IEC 42001 standards across enterprise AI ecosystems
- Lead crisis response protocols for AI system failures and ethical breaches
- Mentor next-generation AI ethicists through our FutureVision Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Machine Learning Governance, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of implementing AI ethics frameworks at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in ISO/IEC 42001, EU AI Act, and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or quantum ethics
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech, legal, and policy domains
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and AI auditing tools like IBM Watson OpenScale
- Certification in AI Governance (e.g., CAG) or related advanced credential
