Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and emerging technological trends
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI researchers, engineers, and product strategists
- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across healthcare, finance, and logistics verticals
- Forge strategic partnerships with leading AI research institutions and technology providers
- Present AI vision and progress to executive leadership, investors, and board members
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices across the organization
- Manage $5M+ annual AI innovation budget and resource allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy, with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from concept to enterprise deployment
- Deep expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and large language models
- Experience in cross-functional leadership (R&D, Product, Engineering, Business)
- Strong network within global AI research communities and academia
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Published author or speaker at major AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare/finance) preferred
