Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in next-gen neural network architectures
- Develop production-ready AI models for autonomous systems
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams on hybrid algorithms
- Secure 3+ patents annually in emerging AI domains
- Mentor junior researchers in our incubation program
- Present findings at premier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years industry experience
- Published work in top-tier AI/ML journals (NeurIPS, ICLR)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum programming (Q#)
- Proven track record of deploying ML systems at scale
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and NLP
- Experience with federated learning frameworks
- Ability to secure government/DoD research clearances
