Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of industry research experience with top-tier publications (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and quantum programming
- Proven track record of developing production-level AI systems
- Strong background in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and explainable AI
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing and GPU clusters
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities
