Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge AI algorithms leveraging quantum computing frameworks
- Lead research in explainable AI (XAI) and bias mitigation for autonomous systems
- Develop novel federated learning architectures for cross-organizational data collaboration
- Prototype neuromorphic computing solutions for real-time edge AI applications
- Author peer-reviewed publications and white papers on AI ethics and safety
- Mentor junior researchers and collaborate with quantum hardware teams
- Translate research findings into scalable production-ready AI systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms and hybrid quantum-classical models
- Strong background in AI ethics, fairness auditing, and responsible AI frameworks
- Proficiency in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Experience with neuromorphic computing platforms (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
