Responsibilities

- Conduct academic-grade research on quantum-enhanced machine learning paradigms
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Maintain thought leadership through white papers and conference presentations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in AI research
- Published record in top-tier ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Proficiency with PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation
- Experience securing $1M+ research grants from DARPA/NSF
- Portfolio of production-level ML systems serving >1M users
