Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures for next-generation AI systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and hybrid AI-quantum computing
- Develop ethical AI frameworks ensuring alignment with human values and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy AI solutions in production environments
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to technical strategy for 2026 AI roadmap
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and distributed computing
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact research in AI/ML
- Strong background in quantum computing algorithms or quantum-inspired machine learning
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and deploying large-scale AI systems
