Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-generation quantum-entangled neural networks for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating theoretical models into production-ready systems
- Develop novel federated learning protocols for privacy-preserving AI ecosystems
- Author 3+ peer-reviewed publications in Nature/Science annually
- Mentor PhD researchers through our 'Future Minds' incubation program
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to optimize hybrid classical-quantum models
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent with 5+ years industry research
- Published 15+ papers in top-tier AI/quantum journals (NeurIPS, PRL, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and tensor networks
- Proficiency in Python, Julia, and low-level quantum assembly languages
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing (Spark, Dask) on HPC systems
- Demonstrated ability to secure $500K+ in research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
