Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures leveraging quantum computing principles
- Lead research initiatives in explainable AI and federated learning systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Collaborate with neuroscience teams on brain-inspired computing models
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually and file 2+ patents
- Mentor junior researchers and present findings at global tech summits
- Translate theoretical research into production-ready prototypes
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in advanced AI research with publication record in top-tier venues
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Demonstrated experience with ethical AI development and bias mitigation
- Strong background in computational neuroscience or symbolic AI
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to tackle unsolved challenges
- Published work in Nature, Science, or NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR proceedings
