Responsibilities
- Lead R&D in quantum-enhanced neural networks and explainable AI frameworks
- Develop novel algorithms for 2026's autonomous systems and cognitive architectures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy research prototypes into production
- Author high-impact publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Mentor junior researchers and spearhead patent development
- Secure external funding through NSF and DARPA grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published 10+ papers in top-tier AI/ML conferences
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and transformer architectures
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and distributed ML systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate research into scalable products
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and causal inference
