Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-scale data processing
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype autonomous systems with adaptive decision-making capabilities
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI/quantum computing journals and conferences
- Translate theoretical models into production-ready solutions with 99.999% reliability
- Collaborate with product teams to align research with market opportunities for 2026
- Secure $5M+ in research grants and patents annually

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 20+ papers in AI/quantum computing (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum neural networks and topological data analysis
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq
- Track record of deploying models processing >10 petabytes daily
- Strong background in federated learning and ethical AI frameworks
