Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) and quantum computing
- Published record in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR with 20+ citations per paper
- Experience leading AI research teams with 10+ direct reports
- Strong background in AI ethics and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in high-performance computing and distributed systems
