Responsibilities

- Collaborate with government and industry partners on national AI strategy development
- Drive innovation in explainable AI (XAI) for high-stakes decision-making systems
- Mentor PhD researchers in advanced AI optimization techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, Qiskit)
- Proficiency in distributed training frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and high-performance computing
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale AI model deployment (>100B parameters)
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and responsible innovation frameworks
