Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Design and implement scalable deep learning models and neural architectures focused on long-term reasoning and adaptability.
- Research Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 AI release cycle, conducting feasibility studies and proof-of-concept experiments.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and ethicists to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Publish & Patent: Publish high-impact research papers and file patents for novel algorithms and AI methodologies.
- Performance Optimization: Drive efficiency improvements in model inference and training pipelines to support real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning research, deep learning, or a related technical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with large-scale distributed training frameworks.
- Specialized Knowledge: Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive innovative solutions.
