Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for unsupervised learning systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-enhanced AI algorithms
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to co-design next-gen AI accelerators
- Drive ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from DARPA and NSF
- Mentor PhD candidates and postdocs in cutting-edge AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Strong background in computational neuroscience and brain-computer interfaces
- Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to secure major research funding
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary R&D teams of 10+ scientists
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers with h-index >30
