Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models for quantum-enhanced computing systems
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in explainable AI and ethical algorithm development
- Collaborate with quantum hardware engineers to optimize AI-quantum hybrid systems
- Author and publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Develop novel approaches to AI safety alignment and adversarial robustness
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of scientific excellence
- Translate theoretical research into scalable production systems with measurable impact
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, or related field
- 3+ years of research experience in AI/ML with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong background in quantum machine learning or neural-symbolic systems
- Proven track record of developing innovative AI solutions for complex problems
- Experience with MLOps and productionizing research models
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
