Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for quantum neural networks
- Lead cross-functional research teams in developing ethical AI frameworks
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize research findings
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates
- Secure multi-million dollar research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Present findings at global AI summits (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of published research in top-tier AI conferences
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Cirq)
- Strong background in algorithmic complexity theory
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing
- Published work on ethical AI bias mitigation
