Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or Computational Physics (from top 10 institution)
- 5+ years published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Mastery of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record in ethical AI governance frameworks
- Expertise in federated learning and zero-knowledge AI systems
- Patents or peer-reviewed publications in AI ethics or explainable AI
