Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in AI research with 3+ years in leadership
- Published work at NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent tier-1 conferences
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and neural networks
- Proven track record of translating research into commercial applications
- Experience with quantum computing integration (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
