Responsibilities
- Lead R&D in quantum-ML hybrid algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Design scalable neural architectures for edge-computing deployment
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with emerging regulations
- Prototype autonomous decision-making systems for industrial IoT ecosystems
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams on hardware-software co-design
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI/quantum conferences
- Mentor junior engineers in next-gen AI paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI research with published papers in NeurIPS/ICML/ACL
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proficiency with PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing
- Experience deploying ML models on edge devices (NVIDIA Jetson, etc.)
- Strong background in AI ethics and bias mitigation
- Track record of open-source contributions to major AI libraries
