About the Role:
As a key leader in our Future Tech division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical physics and practical software engineering. Your work will directly impact the infrastructure that powers autonomous systems, next-gen cryptography, and predictive analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of hybrid AI-Quantum systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Develop and optimize scalable machine learning algorithms using Python and specialized quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Define technical roadmaps for R&D projects, ensuring alignment with the 2026 product vision.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into existing cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and security audits to ensure system integrity and resilience.
- Stay ahead of global technology trends to propose disruptive innovations.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, specifically with Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing platforms and programming models.
- Strong proficiency in cloud architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex scientific concepts into practical software.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
