Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for quantum-ready AI systems, specifically targeting the 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead a high-performance team of AI engineers, quantum physicists, and machine learning researchers.
- Architect scalable algorithms that leverage quantum computing power to enhance classical machine learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate quantum-enhanced features into commercial applications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in quantum hardware, error correction, and neural network optimization.
- Secure patents and drive intellectual property in the intersection of AI and quantum mechanics.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven experience working with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane) or access to quantum simulators.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Experience in delivering complex technical solutions in a fast-paced, startup environment.
