Responsibilities

- Optimize models for edge computing and real-time inference
- Mentor junior engineers in advanced ML methodologies
- Translate business requirements into technical AI architectures
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Machine Learning with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed ML frameworks
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Proven track record deploying production ML systems serving 1M+ users
- Strong background in quantum computing principles or NLP
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from conception to deployment
