Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-gen ML models for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead research on federated learning and ethical AI frameworks
- Develop real-time neural networks for predictive analytics platforms
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize classical and quantum ML
- Architect scalable ML pipelines processing petabytes of sensor data
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging AI paradigms
- Present breakthrough findings at top-tier AI conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning/AI or equivalent research experience
- 5+ years production-level ML system deployment
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum ML frameworks
- Published research at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR (2020-2023)
- Proficiency in distributed computing (Kubernetes, Ray)
- Experience with edge AI deployment and sensor fusion
- Strong background in ethics and bias mitigation for AI
- Contributions to major open-source ML projects
