Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML pipelines for predictive analytics and automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into AI solutions
- Research and prototype novel neural network architectures for 2026-era applications
- Optimize models for production deployment on cloud-native infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to open-source ML frameworks
- Develop ethical AI guidelines and bias mitigation strategies
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years in AI/ML development with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch expertise
- Proven track record deploying production ML systems at scale
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Strong background in distributed computing and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences or journals
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible development
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges
