Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for quantum-enhanced algorithms
- Lead research on 2026-era AI applications in healthcare and autonomous systems
- Develop production-ready models using TensorFlow/PyTorch with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Optimize neural architectures for quantum computing environments
- Collaborate with quantum physicists to hybrid-classical AI solutions
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging AI paradigms
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years ML engineering experience
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms and hybrid systems
- Proven track record deploying production ML systems at scale
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and federated learning
- Proficiency with GPU/quantum computing environments (Cirq, Qiskit)
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML/AAAI or equivalent
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and CI/CD pipelines
